ASHTEK Electronics ships all round the world via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aims to deliver international items within 5 working days. For UK buyers we try to make the postage costs as small as possible to keep inline with our company policy to be the cheapest source of RC goods and all items are sent via 1st class unless special delivery was chosen. Regardless you should receive your goods within a day or two. If your goods do not arrive within a week then contact us immediately.

If you choose your order to be delivered via standard 1st class delivery, then this is done at your own risk. If you wish to be covered for compensation then please choose special delivery. We wont be liable for lost orders if standard 1st class delivery is chosen. International orders. At present, there is no insurance against loss. We can not offer a fully tracked & insured carrier at this time. This is done at your own risk.

RETURNS

ASHTEK Electronics offers a 14 day return policy. We offer only quality merchandise (unless stated). If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, just return it within 14 days for a prompt and courteous refund, credit or exchange. Please note there is 20% restocking fee.
